Shipping and return policies

Please note that our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand company called Printify. As a result, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Returns and exchanges are not supported for customer error (such as ordering the wrong size or color) or change of mind.

However, if a product is damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. Please use our “Submit issue” form to contact our team and provide a clear photo showing the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that if the shipping details provided by the customer are incorrect, or if the customer orders the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible for any resulting issues. In these cases, we will not be able to offer replacements or refunds. Please double-check all orders before submitting them to ensure that the information is accurate.
